Every complete, lawful submission receives a permanent listing. Premium purchases faster publication and promotional placement, not guaranteed search-engine or commercial results.

Services and technical requirements
We provide access to a curated directory of SEO, GEO, AI visibility, Agent Skill, MCP and related products. Available services include browsing and searching listings, opening third-party links, submitting a product for formatting and publication and, when checkout is enabled, purchasing Premium launch services.
You need an internet connection, a current browser with JavaScript and cookies required for security enabled, and a valid email address when submitting or claiming a product. Owner access may use a passwordless email link, an available Google or GitHub sign-in, or DNS ownership verification followed by email confirmation. Using the public directory does not require an account.
The agreement for ordinary directory access is concluded when you begin using the website and ends when you stop using it. A submission service begins when we receive a correctly completed form. A paid Premium agreement is concluded only after checkout is available and payment is successfully confirmed.
Product submissions
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to submit the product and its materials. Information must be accurate, current and not misleading. You must identify commercial, affiliate or other material relationships when they could affect how a listing is understood.
We may verify a product, edit copy for clarity and consistency, assign categories and request additional information. Every technically complete submission is placed in the publication queue. We may withhold or remove only material that is unlawful, malicious, fraudulent, infringes third-party rights or does not identify a functioning product.
Contact email addresses supplied through the form are used for publication and service communication and are not displayed publicly. Product names, maker or company names, descriptions, URLs, media and other listing information are published when the listing goes live.
A person claiming an existing listing must verify their identity and accurately describe their relationship to the product. GitHub claims may be approved automatically when the signed-in account has admin or maintain permission for the exact repository linked by the listing. DNS claims may be approved automatically after the exact random TXT record requested by SEO Tech List is found under the product’s domain; access still requires confirmation through the claimant’s email inbox. Other claims may require editorial review. Approved owners receive protected account access and remain responsible for the accuracy and rights to any updates they submit.
Community and Premium plans
Community
The Community plan is free and places the submission in the standard publication queue. The stated wait time of 2–6 weeks is an estimate, not a guaranteed deadline. Every complete listing is published and remains public unless it becomes inaccurate, unlawful, unsafe or otherwise conflicts with these Terms.
Premium
Once payment checkout is enabled, Premium is a one-time service that includes quality checking and publication within 24 hours, launch-date selection within the stated window, a homepage feature for 3 days, category priority for 7 days, a featured badge, click analytics and a permanent listing. The 24-hour period starts after successful payment and receipt of all information reasonably needed for publication.
The price and any applicable taxes are shown before the order is placed. Where checkout is active, a Premium submission proceeds to Stripe Checkout. Where checkout is temporarily unavailable, the submission is stored as pending and no charge or 24-hour publication window begins until payment is confirmed.
Premium guarantees the listing, stated publication timing and promotional placement once the submission is complete. It does not guarantee traffic, backlinks, search rankings or commercial results. Promotional periods may be rescheduled where service interruptions or circumstances outside our reasonable control make the selected date unavailable.
Consumer rights and withdrawal
If you are a consumer, or a natural person running a business where Polish law grants you consumer-like protection, mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
For a paid service ordered at a distance, you generally have 14 days from the date of the agreement to withdraw without giving a reason. You may send an unambiguous withdrawal statement to hello@seotechlist.com or the postal address listed above.
If you expressly request that Premium performance begin before the withdrawal period ends, you may be required to pay an amount proportionate to the service supplied before withdrawal. The right of withdrawal may expire after the service has been fully performed only where the legally required prior express consent and acknowledgement have been obtained. The checkout flow must present those choices before paid performance starts.
Submitted content and licence
You retain ownership of submitted materials. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, resize, adapt for formatting, display and distribute those materials for operating, promoting and archiving SEO Tech List and the submitted listing.
You confirm that you hold the necessary rights and that the materials do not infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity or other rights. You are responsible for claims caused by materials you submitted, to the extent permitted by law.
Directory information
Listings combine information supplied by makers, editorial research and public metadata such as GitHub stars, releases, repository activity and website availability. Automated data may be delayed, incomplete or temporarily inaccurate. “Verified” means that selected signals were checked; it is not an endorsement, certification or guarantee.
Third-party products and websites are operated under their own terms and privacy practices. We are not a party to transactions between directory visitors and listed products unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Acceptable use
You may not submit or transmit unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, infringing, malicious or discriminatory material; impersonate another person or company; manipulate clicks or rankings; probe or disrupt the service; bypass rate limits or security; or use automated access in a way that materially burdens the service.
Security research must be conducted lawfully and disclosed responsibly. Send suspected vulnerabilities to hello@seotechlist.com without accessing or retaining data beyond what is necessary to describe the issue.
Complaints
Send service complaints to hello@seotechlist.com or our postal address. Include your name, contact details, the affected submission or service, a description of the issue and your requested resolution.
We aim to respond within 14 days. This procedure does not limit rights available under applicable law or access to competent consumer-protection authorities and courts.
Availability and changes
We may maintain, secure, update or discontinue parts of the service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, but paid publication and placement commitments will be completed or rescheduled, subject to mandatory legal rights.
We may update these Terms for legal, security, technical or business reasons. The version and effective date appear at the top. Material changes affecting an existing paid service will be communicated using the contact details available to us.
Liability
The public directory is provided for information and discovery. We do not guarantee the accuracy, fitness, availability or performance of third-party products, or any SEO, GEO, traffic, revenue or ranking result.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for intentional misconduct or mandatory consumer rights. For business users, our aggregate contractual liability connected with a paid service is limited to the amount paid for that service, except where such limitation is prohibited by law.
Termination and removal
You may stop using the directory at any time and may request an update or removal of your listing. We may suspend a submission or remove content that violates these Terms, creates legal or security risk, is materially outdated, or is no longer associated with a functioning product.
Provisions concerning licences already used, payments, complaints, liability and dispute resolution survive where their nature requires it.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by Polish law. For consumers, this choice does not remove mandatory protection granted by the law of their habitual residence. Disputes will be handled by the court competent under applicable law; business-to-business disputes may be submitted to the court competent for our business address.
